Shipping

Our standard shipping (3-5 Business Days) is $9.95 and faster shipping is $14.95. Spend $150 or more, before tax, for free standard shipping. You can expedite shipping on your orders that qualify for free standard shipping by adding a faster shipping fee of $9.95.

Return

We accept returns within 15 days from the purchase date, and you are responsible for return shipping fee. Refunds will either be credited to your feetwhips.com account or same payment method it was received, and we could also email you our virtual gift card depending on the returns:

Final sale products do not qualify for returns
Clearances qualify for account credit
Sale qualifies for account credit or gift card
Full price items qualify for account credit, gift card or refund to same method payment was received.

For returned item to be accepted the following criteria must be met:

You have an account
Product is returned within 15 days of purchase date
Product is not damaged
Product is returned in the same new condition it was received
Product is not final sale
